Strategic Event Plan Project, made in Strategic Event Design in Spring 2025. We had a three part assignment in which we had to produce an event for a company. This included stakeholder profile, client profile, goal setting, planning timelines, and production schedules.

Mexican Cuisine Comprehensive Sales Kit

Menu Profile Assignment, in Event F&B Strategies. We acted as a catering company that offered different catering packages for different types of events with various types of cuisine. This is an example of our Mexican dinner, breakfast, and cocktail packages.
